2. Eligibility

To use Ojjo POS, you must:

• Have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts for your business.

• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You agree to provide truthful and updated information when creating your account.

• Any activity conducted under your account will be deemed as your responsibility.

4. Description of Services

Ojjo POS provides cloud-based Point of Sale solutions that allow merchants to:

• Manage sales transactions, inventory, and customer data.

• Operate across multiple business locations and devices.

• Access features such as CRM, asset management, AI assistance, invoicing, and reporting.

• Offer bundled/combined products, similar to package sales (e.g., monitor + keyboard + mouse sets, fixed-price meals).

We may add, modify, or remove features at our sole discretion.

5. Subscription Plans & Payments

• Services are offered on a subscription basis with plans such as Starter, Growth, and Enterprise, each with different limits and features.

• Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law.

• We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.

6. Trial Period

• Some plans may include a free trial period.

• At the end of the trial, you will need to select a paid plan to continue using the Services.

• We may restrict certain features during the trial.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

• Share login credentials with unauthorized users.

• Ojjo POS may integrate with third-party payment gateways, accounting software, and other tools.

• We are not responsible for the terms, functionality, or availability of third-party services.

10. Service Availability

• We aim to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime.

• We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, or technical issues.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Ojjo POS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

• Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the last 3 months.

12. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

• Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease, and your data may be deleted.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
